Huge congratulations to the Kingston Jiu Jitsu Muay Thai team on a fantastic debut at Roar Fighting Championship.
Roar is a tournament-format event with both Muay Thai and Kickboxing categories. This was the first time our team had competed there, and with only four fighters representing us, finishing 3rd overall is an outstanding result.
Tiago Palma won the belt in the 78kg category, and Theodore Rochester took the belt at 82kg. Amazingly, it was the first amateur competition for both of them.
Well done Tiago, Theodore and everyone who competed — we are very proud of you!
