We were delighted to once again host Ben Poppleton for a seminar on Sunday 19th January. Ben is a UK martial arts legend and was the first British Brazilain Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt.
Ben taught is the finer points of his extremely effective butterfly guard sweep system and will be returning in the summer for the next instalment.
