Fitness for BJJ

Our ‘Fitness for BJJ’ class run by Dr. Yiyang Ng on Friday evenings at 6 pm is designed to help individuals develop their physical fitness for training on the mats.

Based on Yiyang’s “Animal Training” program, the class is focused on building strength, endurance, and flexibility. Participants can expect a challenging and dynamic workout that will help them improve their overall physical fitness. The class is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, and Yiyang’s expertise and guidance will ensure that everyone is able to progress and achieve their goals.
